Vision and strategy
ELREP Asset Management LLP was established to provide expert advice on investment and development in logistics real estate throughout Europe.
The company believes that through partnering with best-in-class specialist developers the highest quality real estate can be secured delivering strong returns for capital providers. Through a focus on sustainability and the macro and local drivers of tenant requirements we are building a portfolio of the most resilient big box distribution, multi-let and last mile assets.
The team will continue to grow the portfolio following these guiding principles.
Our ESG Commitment in Logistics Real Estate
We deliver logistics spaces with sustainability at their core. Guided by an approach from which sustainability is at the centre, we focus on optimising resources, minimising waste, and extending the life cycle of materials to reduce environmental impact.
Wherever possible, we redevelop brownfield sites, giving underused land a new purpose. We also utilise wood and other renewable materials to lower embodied carbon and create healthier, more natural environments.
We pursue BREEAM certification – or equivalent global standards – to ensure our projects meet rigorous criteria for energy efficiency, environmental performance, and occupant wellbeing.
Our vision is to create logistics real estate that is innovative and responsible thereby generating long-term value for our clients, tenants and all other stakeholders as well as supporting communities and protecting the planet.
