Investment Requirements
Land Opportunities
We are looking to purchase land positions in The Netherlands, Germany, Poland, France, Spain , Belgium, Italy, Portugal and the Nordics. We will consider both zoned and unzoned opportunities. The typical minimum plot size is 2 hectares.
Standing Assets
In addition, we are seeking to acquire standing investments in the same markets, either grade A recently completed buildings or older properties that can be repositioned to meet current tenant requirements.
